I didn’t make any New years resolutions this year and particularly not in regard to improving my developer skills….I have been so inconsistent it’s embarrassing! After saying that it is all a learning process and this itch is not going away, I just need to find the most appropriate way forward, the right teaching/learning platform and apply some consistent activity, easily said harder to implement and lastly focus on the why!
I have been considering a web development bootcamp, usually a 12-16 week which you can get free via the government skills programme or pay for the same course, at least I believe that it is the same course. If you pay it is anything between £7500-£10000, which for me is significant and I just don’t have the confidence, let alone the spare cash to commit to that approach. So right know I am still in stasis not moving forward and by default moving backwards. I suspect I will continue using Udemy courses for the time being and try and build on some of the skills I have already built
